10.) Check - Out time is before (12 PM). Please note that penalty of RM150 will be imposed for Late Check-Out before (5pm), (RM300) if check out (after 5pm).

3.) The Cleanliness and Hygiene is our top concern, Make sure the units is clean & not messy, additional RM200 will be imposed if the unit is too dirty
12.) If the guest violates the House Rules or causing severe problems to the neighbourhood, we reserve the rights to evict the guests without refunding any security deposit and/or rental payments.
11.) Additional request for technical assist service will be charge for (RM50) to (RM100) for labour and service cost.

2.) Parties or gatherings of more than 6 persons are strictly to adhere the rules & informed the host. Please follow the accommodation capacity to ensure quality of experience. We will impose an additional of RM80 for cleaning after parties and a fine of RM200 if there is any damage/sticker stain due to decoration. *Please respect all neighbours by keeping the volume down after 11pm
6.) Take good care of the property of us. Kindly notify us if there is any damage found while checking-in. The Guest shall compensate us (RM50) per items for any loss and/or damage caused through intent or negligence on the part of the Guest.
