House Rules :
1. No smoking: Prohibit to smoke inside the home or on the property. Fine penalty: RM 500.
2. No parties, events or gathering.
3. No pets allowed in the house.
4. Quiet hour start from 11pm to 7am.
5. Please keep the space clean and tidy, or you will be fine for cleaning fee if you leaves the space in a poor condition.
6. Please follow maximum occupancy of guests that can stay in the space to avoid overcrowding or additional wear and tear.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out times in order to avoid additional charges.
8. Do not access to locked closet or storage room without permission.
9. Prohibit to use illegal drugs in the house.
民宿规则 ：

2.禁止举办派对、活动或聚会。
3. 屋内禁止携带宠物。
4. 晚上 11 点至早上 7 点为安静时段。
5. 请保持空间干净整洁，否则如果您离开空间状况不佳，将被罚款清洁费。
6. 请遵守可入住房源的限制人数，以免过度拥挤或额外磨损。
7. 请遵守入住和退房时间，以免产生额外费用。
8. 未经许可不得进入上锁的壁橱或储藏室。
9.禁止在屋内使用违禁药物。
