Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases. Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now. Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work .

Really convenient for a work trip. Lots of local eateries around. Amenities and convenience stores too. And is very close to the ferry points if you need to travel out to the ships at the anchorage.

well.. i would say that the hotel is very convenient - the location, the services from the front desk to room service and the room itself. we leisurely relax at night after a long walk around Labuan.

This is my first trip to Labuan. The hotel is cozy enough for me and my sister. the room is clean and the services are good.

It didn't have a welcoming atmosphere at check-in because it was simple, uninterested, and unappealing. The rooms appear to be aging but are nonetheless tidy. Mattress not as firm as for a restful nights' sleep. It seemed a complete struggle to bring the laundry list and bag along. The room was cleaned when it should not have been. I had to call them again even though I had requested in person at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is subpar, with a mediocre Asian meal and some cereals. There isn't an egg station. When they were prepared, the poached eggs were almost uncooked, and replacement took over a half hour. Understaffed. I must commend the three waiters who tirelessly worked sweeping and cleaning the tables in between serving the food.

近くに自動クリーニング施設があり、汗をかいて帰ってきてもすぐに洗濯が出来る。着替えてを沢山持って行かなくて良いのが楽です。食べ物屋も周囲に沢山ある。また、ホテルのレストラン1階は昼食やコーヒーを飲むのに良いです。私はホットラテが気にいってます。朝食は、2階のレストランで静かに食べられるので良いです。

食事は美味しくフルーツは新鮮で、カップのヨーグルトがあったのは良かったです。夜は近場のバーの音が大きいという人もいました。雨が降っても1階にはリーズナブルな洋風レストランがあるので楽です。

Overall, it's a good hotel to stay in with minor flaws. One male receptionist should have been more friendly and informative to provide me with more details on how to obtain the receipt under my company's name instead of kept on insisting for me to contact Expedia right away.
