1. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
CHECK IN - 3pm (Check in time is any time after 3pm but not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy. Early Check-in on availability basis)
CHECK OUT - 12pm (Late Check Out on availability basis with charges)
2. WI-FI PASSWORD

3. SAFE KEEPING
Hotel WILL NOT be held responsible for LOSS OF MONEY or VALUABLES left in the rooms. Guests are advisable DO NOT keep MONEY or VALUABLES in the rooms.
4. SELF-RESPECT
The possession of CONTRABAND GOODS, DRUGS, HEAVY ALCOHOL, PROSTITUTION and GAMBLING are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and guests are requested to maintain SELF-RESPECT.
5. KEYS
Guests are requested to lock their doors when leaving their rooms. A replacement fee of RM50.00 per key will be charged for LOST KEY.
6. AIR CONDITIONING
Please kindly SWITCH / TURN OFF the lights, Air-conditioning before going out or leaving the room.
7. PETS
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED to be kept in the premises.
8. DAMAGES
Guests stolen, damaging and or breaking and lost items belonging to the hotel shall PAY THE COST of replacing the same.
Deposit of RM200 will be refund within 24 hours after checkout.
9. NOISY
Guests are kindly requested NOT to make any LOUD NOISE or RUCKUS that might disturb others in the premises.
10. SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for cleaning fee of RM150.
