The location is close to places to eat. But the quality of service is not enough. The hotel is very comfortable with nice rooms. The personnel are also very friendly.

This place is a first-rate hotel. The condition is brand-new and spotless. The front desk staff is welcoming and hospitable. They provide superb customer service at a reasonable price. When in the area, I'll return to this place and strongly suggest it to others. The hotel is three stars, not a five.

It was made of wood, so there was a fire in the room. However, the receptionist was quite attentive during the day, but they weren't as friendly as the receptionist at night. There are many better options around that are the same price.

This reasonably priced hotel is a little outside the center, but it is only a 5-minute walk from the Teetwangsa monorail, met station, and the stop for the free bus goal red line. Even though the rooms are tiny, they are quite comfortable, and the rooms appear new. There is a great power shower. The region is a little rundown and can get noisy at weekends, but there are good restaurants on the same street. The welcoming reception staff throughout help to carry your luggage there is no lift upstairs.

AG • Solo Trip

Pros: The location is only steps away from Titiwangsa station. They provide single room for solo traveller. The room is comfortable, hot shower water is strong. Cons: TV isnt working, I have tried many buttons but cant see any channel. Forgot to report to receptionist. Their wi-fi is very poor at my room, I have to move closer to TV/wall to get better signals (1-2 bars only). The night shift staff did the reception procedures very slow, contrary with the day shift staff who is better in handling my reception. They should clean up the wall near the TV, so many dirt spots on the wall.
