Little England B9 (Silverpark)

These House Rules are considered part of our reservation agreement with all Little England guests. Upon booking, guests agree to abide by ALL our house rules.
We are a part of a tranquil apartment community and we practice considerate neighbourly conduct.
• Please keep to the maximum number of guests allowed in your reservation.
• A penalty of RM 200 will be charged for any lost access cards or keys.
• Park at yellow bays, parking at owner's red bays will result in a RM50 clamping fine.
• Quiet Hours Policy 11PM - 8AM
• No shoe allow inside premise
• No smoking indoors
• No BBQ inside the premise as per Management Office Instruction
• No eating on the beds
• Responsible drinking
• There are wild monkeys around, please DO NOT feed or leave the balcony sliding door open when nobody around.
• Please ensure the mosquito net is properly closed to prevent insects from entering due to Fraser Hill’s climate.
• Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited within the premise.
• Please wash up after you use the kitchen facilities.
• Bin your trash in the green trash bins provided at the carpark.
• Ensure the modem/router and dehumidifier switched on at all times.
• Please switch off all lights, fans and electrical items before leaving.
