➡️ Security Deposit of RM200 is required. The host will collect this by bank transfer. You should be re-imbursed on check-out within 24 hours. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property and clearance.

An additional fee will be charged for extensions until 3pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking out after 3pm.
➡️ Early check-in and late check-out is subject to prior arrangement
➡️ Failure to arrive at property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund/replacement will be given.

-The swimming pools, playground & gyms are at Level Podium (LP). You need to use your access card for the door. Keep dry before using the lift.
-The induction cooker switch is inside the kitchen cabinet below it.
-There is a small snack shop available in the cabinet kitchen/fridge for your convenience. Kindly make cash payment to a container provided in the cabinet.
-Please switch off everything when you are not at home or when you are check out.The Earth is in Your Hand
-Please take care of the access cards and keys. Do not lose them.
