A decent room for single person to stay. I have stay for 3 nights. Hygiene and cleanliness are awesome. Location was meart to mrt and there shopping centre around. Staff was friendly and helpful.thumb up. They provide simple breakfast with bread and coffee. It will be great if they can include eggs inside the breakfast.

This hotel located in very conenient area. You can walk to TTDI station in 3min. You can visit 1 Utama Shopping Mall, Tesco, IKEA, Giza Mall in few stops from TTDI. Room is clean, staffs are very friendly and reasonable price . I think this is very good hotel to stay.

TTDIの駅からも近いし(徒歩数分)、Jayaスーパーも隣接ビルにあるし、ホテルの並びに24時間のセブンイレブンもあるのでとても便利です。TTDIは環境も良いので、朝などはホテル前のテーブルで寛ぐことも出来ますね。唯一、部屋に冷蔵庫が無いので、長期滞在にはここがネックかなー

A bit disappointed about the front office manager that on duty on 19th April, though the words are not meant to the customer but the harsh words toward his staff are not acceptable and far from professional. Everything else are excellent especially the house keeping staff at level 4, 5 & 6. Not forgetting the chef & all restaurant group, prompt & helpful.

The checkin staff are very helpful at night. The main doors are locked at night which makes me feel safe. I booked a queen bed with a window. The size is acceptable and the bed comes with 4 pillows, nice. The mattress is a bit soft to me but adequate for a night rest. The location is very convenient with a mrt station ttdi within a 2 to 3minute walk. Tv with korean serial with subtitles. Overall acceptable.

Overall, it is comfortable, friendly, convenient, offers great value for money, and highly recommended! This hotel is fantastic, in my opinion! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and easygoing. The location is excellent, very close to the mrt! Choose Manhattan if you want to travel alone! It takes 1-2 minutes to walk there! There is a 7eleven, a 7eleven, a laundry store, and a 99 mart nearby! There is delicious food nearby, so dont worry! The room is tidy and lovely! The bathroom floor will be cleaned by room service, and you will receive your deposit as soon as you check out. The sound insulation isnt particularly good, but this isnt a big deal because most people enter and exit the room through the door. We cant deny that the room is similarly small, and we need to find a place to put our luggage away. Its strange that a double deluxe room for two adults only has one hair. Due to covid-19, no breakfast has been provided, but it is still a minor issue because we can get food outside on foot!.
