5）我们也有提供停车位在imago 建筑里面， 如果您的车高于2.0M是无法使用我们所提供的停车位，如果您的车是高于2.0M请通知我们， 我们安排付款停车位在imago建筑对面， 以方便您能停车。
1）莱莱小屋服务公寓坐落于Imago商场楼上,Imago 服务公寓分别有5个个别小区和大厅，但是没有服务柜台可以领取钥匙和小区卡。

5) we only provide parking inside building, vehicle height over then 2.0M is not allow park on the parking we provide inside building. if your vehicle height over then 2.0M please contact us, and we will try arrange pay parking infront building of imago shopping mall.

2) We will arrange to meet up around 3-5pm to and pass the key with access card to you , if late then 5pm or your not sure your arriving time, we can arrange self check in (collect key on mailbox), all we will update with clearly instruction/guidebook .
3）您已确认预订我们的民宿，请记得留下能和您联系方式或电话号码有绑定任何能联络的app （比如：whatsapp ， 微信，kaokao talk, line等），方便我们能与您联系和确保您的入住行程，安排入住指南（比如面交地点，或者自助式入住）。
4) we will collect RM150 security deposit/damage deposit by transfer or cash before or while when you collect key from us.

＊外来旅客：我们的工作人员会在您退房前一晚与您联系确认您退房时间，安排在我们营业时间（早上9.30-中午12.00)到您所在的住宿进行检查与退还现金。如果您退房时间早于早上9.30pm，我们会以外汇转账方式在您退房当晚10时前将您的保证金转与您能领取／收取外汇的户口。（每个外汇方式都不一样，我们会根据您的国家收取外汇方式进行转账，每个外汇的到账时间基本都会在1－7日工作时间）

*For non foreign we will be refund by cash and check unit on your check out date base on your check out time and follow our operate hour (9.30am-12pm) , if earlier then 9.30am we will refund and update receipt by remittance on your check out date. (Note : remittance transfer will be take on 1-3 working date )

2）我们会安排在入住时间下午3时－5时之前在imago商场 地区面交钥匙和钥匙卡，如果您不确定时间入住或迟入住，我们也可以安排自助式入住(self check in)在指定的信箱拿钥匙和小区卡。
1) Our homestay is service apartment located above of Imago shopping mall, Imago the Loft service apartment have 5 different block/loft and have own entrance lobby. But we have no any reception counter to collect key.
