Hotel very clean the bed and pillow are orthopedic you will sleep like a baby ..everything is special even the check in and check out only by WhatsApp. located in good area full of good restoran also LRT not far just ~ 5 minutes walk ..the satf are amazing .. thank you very much ❤❤❤

Ternyata gak ada TV. Dan check in lumayan agak ngebingungin karena kita dateng malem tapi gak ada yang standby. Untung ada yg masuk, kalau gak, terdampar di luar karena masuk ke hotel harus pakai passcode. Sistem check in whatsapp ke manajemennya. Nginep 4 malam tapi tidak ada fasilitas room service sama sekali. Entah harus request atau memang tidak tersedia.

location: is good. not far away from LRT/Monorail/MRT-station (okay , for some people it is a problem to walk 600 metre: please stay at home :-D ) Service? there is NO 24-hour-front-desk! Not like it stands on Tiket.com! Cleaning: during my stay there was no cleaning of the room at all! free toiletries: there was nothing. I have to ask for a roll of toilette paper. Hmm. it is mentioned on Tiket.com - but fact: nothing is there. Shower gel: my job to have it ;-) only one towel was provided. General: 100 MYR deposit: compared with other hotels, where much more equipment in the room is (TV, watercooker, and so on): the 100 MYR looks high - other hotels only asking for 50 MYR. And : I think it is not funny to ask a foreigner to transfer the money to a Malaysian account , without showing how the deposit will be paid back. Maybe it will be a good idea to work on the information given to the customers. The no-contact-access: a good idea.

Kalau dateng kesini better JANGAN MALAM, karna akses kesana gelap, sy inap utk 4 malam seorang diri, overall fine, kamarnya sesuai yang di gambar. No TV, di kamar cm ada sabun kecil, hair dryer, handuk, selimut, & bantal. Diluar ada dispenser dan setrikaan. Naik monorel langsung dr KL Sentral. Disebelah ada resto enak, paling recommended Roti Pisang nya. Mungkin minus nya adalah: kita harus deposit 100 RM. Waktu itu sy kasih cash. Oh ya ini tipe self check in ya, jadi waktu check in kita WA dulu ke stafnya, ga akan ada reseptionist yg standby, jadi kamar 4 malem itu ya ga ada di bersiin sama sekali. Waktu check out sy udah inform kalau akan keluar jam 9-10 am, tapi dy di call ada kali 20 kali ga angkat, alhasil harus ku relakan deposit itu. Pas gw udah smp airport akhirnya dy bilang mau kembaliin deposit ke nomor rekening yg Bank Malay punya, kan ngeselin!. Yaudah gw transfer ke temen lokal. Kalau cari yg murah, ini oke, tp kalau ada budget better jangan disini. Satu lagi, jendela kamar mandi (sebelah handuk) itu ga bs di tutup, agak horror, tapi so far ya ga terjadi apa2.

Hostel Self Service ya guys. gua ga tau kalo dia self service. 1. Gua nyampe hostel jam 8 malam, gua ga bisa masuk lobi karena hostel self service. Akhirnya gua telp lah via WA nomor yang tertulis di depan pintu hostel. Pas gua telp, kata mbak2nya, pesanan gua untuk hari besoknya. Akhirnya gua cek lagi, dan ternyata mbak nya salah, dan gua bener. Setelah 10menitan nunggu depan hostel, akhirnya mbak nya memberikan kode buat masuk lobi. Tanpa permintaan maaf, mbak nya bilang ternyata pesanannya benar di hari yang gua datang. Terus, dijelasin lah kalo ada deposit RM 100, dimana deposit itu akan dikembalikan 14 hari setelah cek out. Dengan sistematika yang tidak jelas dan mbak2 nya yang tidak ramah. akhirnya gua memilih pindah hotel.

Tidak dpt check in di atas jam 24:00 padahal peswat delay dan tdk ada informasi bagaimana caranya masuk tanpa resepsionist karena pintu utama dikunci. Tidak akan lg pernah menginap disini!!!! Mengecewakan
