Agoda - Tourism tax :
We need to collect tourism tax RM 10 per stay from foreigner.
We will prepare bed based on reservation pax in your booking.

House Rules
- Person in charge will be available from 10am-5pm, we wish for your understanding that because we are not hotel but budget Homestay so we do not have 24 hours service, we will need to back home and rest around 5pm, kindly leave a message to his/her after working hour, he/she will get back to you and assist on the next morning .
- 希望您的理解,因为我们是经济型民宿,而不是酒店,所以我们没有24小时服务,经理的工作时间是从上午10点到晚上5点,负责人需要在晚上8点回家休息,晚上5点之后如果您需要协助您可留下信息给她,她会在第二天早上回复并协助您哦^ _ ^)
RULE No.1 : PLEASE BE CLEAR THAT We are not hotel , we are agoda HOME SHARING, we offer much lower price than hotel, we let you feels more like HOME, instead a standard hotel service, but we promised to give you a whole new level of EXPERIENCE ^_^
- Check In is after 3pm (please do let us know your check in time in advance so we can prepare for your arrival accordingly). Early luggage storage is possible with fees applied (RM10/hour) and need to request in advancement for arrangement.
- Check Out is 11am. Late check out(up to 1pm) is possible with fees applied (RM20) and need to request in advancement for arrangement.
- Turn off light, fan, air con and others electrical items when not using (Please do something good for the earth)
- Kitchen equipped with basic kitchen utensils and cutlery (only light cooking is allowed). Guests are advised to bring own seasoning.
-if there are any damages incurred, it will be taken out from your security deposit.
- Loss of keys or access card will incur an RM250 replacement fee.
- Strictly no smoking inside the house, you may smoke at smoking area outside of the house. (Guest will be penalty RM 150, if host found guest smoke inside the unit)
- We won't take responsibility for the costs of fire alarms set off by illicit smoking or manipulation of smoke detectors willfully manipulated by guests. These costs can be deducted from the security deposit.
- Bringing illegal substances and weapons into the apartment is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate eviction and possible prosecution by the authorities. Please do remember that Malaysia still enforces the death penalty for drug offences
-A Gentle reminder that staying with agoda means you're staying in someone's houses. Hope everyone to position your stay like your own house instead as a hotel although cleaning service was done and things are too nice to be taken away or broken .Please help us to take care of the facilities and items provided :)
- Appreciate if you could clear the garbage and any leftover food in the refrigerator.You may leave your garbage bag in the trash room, but not at the corridor or in-front the main door (PENALTY of RM 200 will be imposed if building manager find out any disposal improper way)
- Remember to take your belongings before leaving. Leave what belongs to the apartment ie maps, adapter, towels)
- Party is only allowed on case-by-case basis. Minimum number of guests for party is 6 guests. We reserved the rights to refuse entry if unpaid guests are found in our premises without prior approval.
- CARPARK CHARGES - Kindly take note that this listing does not come with car park, and if you require a carpark, you may request from us. We may find you a cheaper private parking (1 carpark per day is RM10). Visitor car park with charges applied is available as well.

-厨房配有基本的厨房用具和餐具(仅允许轻微烹饪)｡建议客人自备调味料｡
-如在您入住期间,有任何损坏,我们将从您的押金中扣除维修费用｡
-如遗失了钥匙和房卡,将征收250马币的费用｡
-由于严禁在屋内吸烟,如需要住客可到公寓外的吸烟区吸烟｡ （若住客在屋内吸烟，将被罚款RM 150）
-我们对于住客自身引起的火警报费用概不负责｡这些费用将从押金中扣除｡
-严禁携带非法物品和武器进入公寓,此举将导致您立即被驱逐出境,并可能被起诉｡请记住,马来西亚仍然对毒品犯罪实施死刑。
-虽然我们有清洁服务,但是我们还是希望您能把这里当成自己的家,维持屋里整洁以及爱护屋子里的一切物品｡
-请在离开前清理垃圾以及冰箱的遗留物,我们将致以万二分的谢意｡ (严禁把垃圾搁在大门外或房外的公用走道上，公寓管理处将对违规者开出马币200 的罚单)
-记得在离开之前确保您拿走所有您的物品，并留下属于公寓的物品,如地图,毛巾 。
-我们将根据情况允许派对进行,参加派对人数不能多于6人,若我们发现派对参与者没向我们注册和在公寓进行违法活动,我们将会在押金中扣除罚款和请他们离开｡（我们将会对违规者采取行动）
- 停车位收费: 请注意,我们公寓不带免费停车位 - 如您需要私人停车位,我们可以替您租价钱公道的私人停车位,收费是RM10一天/一个停车位,请务必提前1星期通知我们(需经管理层批准)或者您可以泊在访客停车位(征收费用)
