We booked a deluxe room but got upgraded to a junior suite because no more deluxe room available. It was a very considerate thing to do since we arrived late. The room was great with very nice view of the sea. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

This hotel offers affordable prices and offers excellent value for money, with recently refurbished rooms and other areas. It boasts a strategic location near the permaisuri shopping mall, which is easily accessible on foot, and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and dining options.

This hotel has a good location in the center of miri town and close to everywhere. The interior design is very old, the bed is soft and there is tv that has an old design. They also provide utensils with power sockets. I think the breakfast buffet is okay but the service provided is excellent because of their experience and friendly staff.
