In general, the quality differs from that of Mercure glenmarie, for example, for the room, breakfast, etc.

The room is quiet, comfortable, and clean, perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm, but the notice board says it will be open until 10 pm, please change it. Anyone who loves night swimming will disappoint. Otherwise, the pool is very clean, always checking the chlorine level which is good and providing towels. Breakfast is above average vegetarian food available.

The experience was enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and the food served at the outlet was delicious, although it could use a restaurant serving chinese food. The reception staff were very polite and welcoming. It would be nice to have better signage on the hotels location.

Check in was fast and easy. Easy parking just next to hotel entrance. Room was clean and cosy. Hotel looks new. There are some local food within walking distance. Not much shopping around area.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The room was fantastic. Stayed for two nights, and everything went smoothly. There were no issues. The hotel staff attended me very well and promptly met my needs. Smooth checkin and checkout procedures. The room had a view of kuala lumpur city and was breathtaking.

Menu sarapan tidak banyak pilihan, tidak sebanding dengan harga. Pelayanan kamar, spageti carbonara, tapi pedas.

I came here with my family and one of my kids was in a wheelchair. However, this hotel is very convenient for wheelchairs and all the staff are friendly. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable. The location was also good because it was close to the city center of kuala lumpur and also the batu caves. There are many shops and restaurants nearby so definitely recommend staying here. Overall, definitely worth the stay here.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return. The bedroom was lovely and cozy. The swimming pool was excellent, without requiring a swimming suit. The bedroom was spacious, neat, and equipped with a refrigerator. The location was also excellent, with a nearby supermarker.
