i like the view while having breakfast at 20th floor.. i got the room at ladies level (18th) and i feel safe. the friendly staff and everything was great. certainly will come again. tq

The initial room we booked had cigarette smoke smell so we asked for a change. Duty manager, Havinash, not only helped us changed our room within a few minutes but upgraded us to a bigger family room. And on the last day we were late in checking out due to some unforeseen delays. We were supposed to be charged for half a day stay but the front desk staff did not charge us at all! Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ipoh, cause the location is excellent too, with lots of food, drink holes and shopping within walking distance or a short drive.

A hotel in a prime location, highly visible from the north-south expressway. It is largely a modest motel with enough space to spend the night. It is a touch dated, with traces of long-gone customers cracked counter tops, iron ink on the carpet, etc. It is a fairly complete hotel with plenty of amenities. The lack of a bar of soap, for me, is a little dissatisfactory. Shower gels have never been effective for me. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. For a three-star hotel, the menu was excellent. Premium soy milk and ipod white coffee should not be missed. On three level parking lots, there is on-site parking available, but if driving through narrow passageways is not your thing, you can always park in the ground level's open spaces. The staff is courteous and helpful. Perhaps a little too self-trained. A few rounds of searching is required to request assistance, but they are delivered with cheerful faces. Although nothing shows you how to dial for services, the telephone is broken. Perhaps it is undergoing renovations. I hope they rectify that one. I may visit on my way back, but I won't be spending my vacation here.

A hotel with a prime location.. Very visible from the North-South Expressway. By and large, it is a simple hotel with enough space to spend the night. It is somewhat worn, with traces of long-gone guests cracked counter tops, iron stains on the carpet. Things like that. Water pressure is excellent, toiletries are passable. Although personally, I'm a little uneasy that no bar of soap exists. Shower gels never worked for me. Breakfast was the highlight of the visit. For a three-star hotel, the spread was pretty good. Fresh soy milk and iPhone white coffee are not to be missed. On the three-story parking lots, there is on-site parking, but you have the option of parking in the ground level's open spaces. The staff is courteous and helpful. Maybe a bit unprofessional. There is no way to arrange narrow passageways, but the calls are hacked up and there are no instructions on how to contact services. Perhaps it is the renovation that is taking place. I may stay here again if I are stopping by on my way to somewhere.
