- Dispose of garbage in trash cans
- Do not do anythings illegal on the premises
- No smoking. Includes Ecigarettes, Vaping, and Hookas
- Turn OFF AC and lights anytime you go out
- No pets allowed
- Please respect our neighbours
- Please respect noise curfew 10pm - 9am
- No parties or events allowed
- No unregistered guest or visitors allowed unless discussed with Host
- Do not EAT or DRINK on the bed
- Damages and missing Items will be reported and billed to guest
- Please dry up wet body after swim before entering lift and walkway
Important:
•Dear Guest, we will collect Security Deposit RM200 and it is refundable within 24 hours after check out provided room condition remain as is where is condition and follow House Rules.
Request to change of check in date must be done 7 days, prior to your arrival date, subject to availability and host approval. All TnC will be base on agoda policy.
*Late check out fees Rm50/hour applied for the late check out after designated check out time.
*Any damages or missing of item in the homestay will charged to guest (Including damages due to decoration made by guest, missing of Keys and cards etc).
*Decoration is allowed if, no any damages is done to the walls, ceiling and any other surface in the unit, and all decoration item to be clear and dispose before check out (Rm100 extra cleaning will be charged to non-disposal decoration items).
*Smoking in unit is not allowed, Rm100 penalty will be charged for any offense.
*Private Jacuzzi Villa with Massage Bubble function. Private Jacuzzi with Normal Temperature water only
