Self check-in with smart lock

1. Having MAXIMUM of 6 guests including children. 1 car park is available.

2. A strict NO-SMOKING & alcoholic beverages rule is applied to the property. You will be liable for additional cleaning charges due to cigarette stains/odour/etc.

3. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. No parties involving unregistered guests and no pets please.

4. Keep the area clean. Wipe away spillages/stains please. Please tidy up the kitchen after use. Penalty will be charged if food remains found.

5. No shoes in the house.

6. Please switch off the light, air conditioning when you are leaving the premises.

7. Pls inform in advance if you want to use the stove as gas cylinder is not readily available (at an extra charges).

8. If you lose the key or access card, you need to pay the remake charge.

9. Safety Deposit of RM150 (refundable if no damage occurred to the house) is required before checking in.

For long term stay:

Weekly stay - water and electricity bills are capped at RM30 only. If more than RM30, it will be charged back to the guest. Security deposit is RM250. Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days after guest departure (after we received the water and electricity bills from authorities - refundable if no damage occurred to the house and after deduction of utilities bill if required).

Monthly stay - water and electricity bills are capped at RM120 only. If more than RM120, it will be charged back to the guest. Security deposit is RM400. Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days after guest departure (after we received the water and electricity bills from authorities - refundable if no damage occurred to the house and after deduction of utilities bill if required).

Sorry about this new rules as some guest before had abuse the facilities by wasting the electricity and not switching off the air-conditioner units 24/7.
