Kamu mendapat harga sesuai dengan yang kamu bayar, nasi lemak utk sarapannya enak, nyaman utk tdr hanya saja , utk kebersihan msh ada beberapa area yg berdebu ( telepon, gantungan hanger, hanger) dan lantai agak lengket lengket overall tmpt yg bagus yg sesuai harga makanan lok lok disamping hotel juga enak

Friendly staff at check-in and out. Wifi issues were dealt with immediately and very apologetic and polite about it. While the hotel might be on the older side, our room was clean and tidy, with all that we needed. Great location, with cheap eats across the road and a 7 Eleven just around the corner. Plenty of shopping, with 2 big malls close by and cheap Grab cars into the city. The staff are really nice and Newlands. A pleasant stay.

The property was value for money. The value and quality of the room i received, i think it matched the room rate i paid. However, i felt that the staff were more interested in looking and playing with their handphones than serving customers. And, it woulf be better if there was a lift to help customers who have heavy luggages.

There cockroach n No coffee during bf nor proper breakfast provide. When asked for coffee, the person at reception counter didn't event bother to listen n cont to just ignore us . We had to go outside for breakfast. Very disappointing..
