It's a good staying experience. The location is convenient as it has a good selection of restaurants. The breakfast was simple but delicious and also delicious. I suggest it to those who just want to relax and to get away from it for a while.

I had only stayed here one night before with my husband, and I thought it would be nice to bring my in-law and aunt for a brief getaway. Check-in on ith and check-out on December 10, 2018. We were given a comfortable and spacious suite room. Like I said, everything was fine until our day of check-out. Check-out was at noon. However, we decided to check out early for lunch and take the train home to Rp. This is a shocking event and I hope no one will go through it. We went down to reception at 10. Am and found no one at the front desk. I waited for a while, ring the bell, but no one came. Our family and a delivery driver waited for 20 minutes and saw two women who we believe either own the hotel or run the hotel. Guess what, no apology, only that I said you made us wait for a few minutes. I didn't hear you apologize to us. She apologized looking down at the cash register and handed me my deposit. I don't expect her to be a chain hotel receptionist, but at least have some politeness. And do you feel safe in a hotel where the receptionist leaves the front desk for more than 15 minutes? I'm not sure if I'll go back, but service recovery stinks. I can only give two circles for safety.

I do not believe this is a 4 star hotel. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Do not shower at night. No hot water but good stuff. Don't come late than 9 am for breakfast because all the food will be finished. Very good location and close to the shopping mall.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and the price was very affordable. However, the condition of the toilet, towels, and bedsheets could be improved; the towels and bedsheets had a slight yellowing, the aircon also making some noise throughout the night. On the plus side, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided a toothbrush, 2 bottles of mineral water, and one-time use slippers, which was a nice touch.
