Ukuran kamarnya kecil dan AC nya kurang dingin. Selain itu, kamar mandinya relatif sempit. Pintu kamar mandinya tidak tertutup rapat dan hanya berfungsi sebagai sekat agar udara luar bisa masuk ke dalam ruangan. Karena ventilasinya sangat lebar dan tidak ada nyamuk, secara keseluruhan rasanya kurang bagus.

The room is adequate for the price. The bathroom is tidy. My laptop cant be comfortably placed on the desk. There is no water bottle, and the dispensary is located in the lobby. Cotton swabs, toothpaste, and other consumables are available at the counter, but everything must be paid for, and it is quite pricey. Request a 10 rm deposit for tourism tax and a 2 rm local tax. Its not a good point for a hotel to ask me to pay local tax for the first time. Noise from the windows is not good. My room is in front of the main road.

Lokasinya benar-benar strategis. Terletak di jantung Georgetown. Di dekat hotel terdapat McD yang buka 24 jam, sangat dekat dengan Penang Times Square. Untuk kendaraan umum, bisa langsung ke pusat Rapid Bus Penang di Komtar dengan berjalan kaki. Meskipun kamarnya kecil, namun fasilitasnya lengkap. Air minum isi ulang tersedia di lantai bawah. Bagi perokok, hotel ini ramah terhadap perokok. Di tengah-tengah George Town yang telah mendaulat sebagai kota bebas rokok, hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan bagi para perokok. Namun, tidak perlu khawatir bagi para non-perok. Karena para perokok ditempatkan di lantai yang berbeda.

Jendela terbuka tetapi tidak dapat ditutup karena pegangan hilang, sehingga lingkungan menjadi bising. Hotel kedap suara kurang bagus, pembicaraan semua orang terdengar. Hotel ini nyaman untuk ditinggali, dengan harga yang terjangkau, tidak murahan. Semuanya dekat. Halte rapid Penang hanya berjarak 1 menit berjalan kaki, ke Queensbay Mall bisa langsung dari sini nomor 304, lalu ke Gama, Penang Times Square, Komtar, 1 st Avenue, dan lainnya, hanya berjarak kurang dari 10 menit berjalan kaki. Meskipun kamarnya tidak terlalu besar, namun bersih, dilengkapi dengan air panas, TV satelit, dan wifi di dalam kamar.
