The location is good, a few minutes drive to kia airport. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The room and facilities provided in good condition but the room is a bit small. There is a water heater in the bathroom. There are water dispensers at every level. There are no designated parking spaces for customers and parking spaces are always full.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, dan lingkungannya asri. Pagi-pagi bisa jalan-jalan ke toko kelontong yang tidak jauh dari hotel ini, banyak pilihan makanan. Asik deh pokoknya menginap disini selagi di Kuching, kemana-mana juga dekat dan tidak macet, ini bukan Jakarta yah Lol.
