Room is aesthetic and clean. Staff are helpful as well. Helped us with the luggage as they only have stairs available. It is right next to the shops and markets so expect a little noise at night but overall it’s all good.

A pleasant place to stay, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Recently renovated, there were a few teething issues, notably a lack of hot water in the shower and some additions to the compact but comfortable room, which would have greatly improved the experience. Small can be lovely if conveniences like shelves next to the bed on either side and a couple of luggage racks to put our bags on, rather than the floor, were added to the room. Management was keen to hear and respond to feedback, so hopefully these conveniences could be added. As previously mentioned, the staff was excellent, and the location near petal street and the metros was ideal.

Overall, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and secure stay with topnotch service. The hospitality was truly wonderful from the moment i arrived. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but also highly professional and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel team was extremely responsive to all my requests and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. I really appreciated how helpful and efficient they were in handling everything. The room itself was wellmaintained, spotless, and clearly maintained with great attention to detail. The decoration was absolutely stunning, with a wow factor that made the whole stay feel extra special. I can confidently say that the experience was worth every penny spent. Located in a highly strategic area, the surroundings were clean, safe, and easily accessible. I also felt very secure throughout my stay, thanks to features like double door access with room key cards and cctv coverage at every corner.

I have stayed here twice in a single trip. One was in the deluxe queen room and the other was in the standard queen room. Couples should consider booking the deluxe queen room at least due to its size. The rooms are small, but the way they have managed it is great. They also have great aesthetics and feel very premium. The toilet is very clean, has a good supply of hot water, and the shower is great. The receptionist is very friendly. They have a water purifier on two floors so you can get free drinking water instead of buying bottles from the shop. The only downside is the lack of an elevator. However, the host helps with carrying luggage to your room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city, making it convenient to explore and access everything nearby. The hotel was spotless and kept clean throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. The checkin process was smooth and hassle free, making my arrival stress free. Overall a great experience, and i will definitely be back. Highly recommended!.

Overall, my stay at one 18 boutique hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong, perfect for hot weather. The location is excellent, just a short walk less than a minute to petaling street, making exploring the area very convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the hot water. It took almost 10 minutes for the shower water to warm up, which was a bit frustrating. I hope the hotel can look into improving this. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The concept is very beautiful. The atmosphere is like a japanese style. The price is very reasonable and cheap. There is a pantry if you want to refill your mineral drink. The room with this beautiful bathup is very good and affordable. I will definitely repeat it.

The staff were helpful and friendly, making the stay more enjoyable. The self check-in process was convenient when it worked, but it could be unreliable at times. Guests should also be aware that they may be charged for any permanent stains on linens or towels that cannot be removed through normal laundering.
