The hotel is absolutely lovely with a pool and streams running through. The staff were excellent and spoke English very well. I felt like I was in paradise. And, the food was fantastic. The hotel is a little way outside the town, but the staff take care of everything and arrange for a tuk-tuk whenever you need to go anywhere. And, coming back from town was easy and only $2. My only complaint is that they need to turn down the water pressure on the hose in the bathroom!

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. The staff even helped me to bring my luggage to room. The room design is very unique. Just 5-10 min walk to Mid Valley.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and good wifi. The room is small. The sheets are not changed and cleaned every day. You can hear people talking outside your room at night.

I totally enjoy myself in the 4D3N stay when I stayed there. At first, I was worried about my stay, but after I stepped into the hotel lobby, i feel assured. Good choice if you need to access Midvalley shopping centre daily.

For the first time ever, I'm staying here. The room was very dirty, the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in, the lamp flickered, the toilet mirror was not cleaned, and there was no flushing toilet. The AC was blowing towards my face because it was facing the bed. The only positive thing is that the location is close to a shopping mall in the mid valley. This is the last time I stayed here and never looked for a budget location to stay. Usually, the last time was when I came here.

This hotel has a good location. For the size of a room, they have a wide floor. The breakfast they served was very basic, so you get the best value for money. I recommend this hotel to people who don't have high hopes.

All right. But first, you need to understand this location, that it doesn't have a lift. And no dumb waiter either. So, good luck if you have a big and heavy luggage. Or reserve the closest other boutique hotels in the Mid Valley. The second thing you need to know is that even on their highest floor, you can practically hear the neighbors in the street. Third, be aware that probably 80 of the time you will be in a room with a foul odor. Like any other hotel room in the world that doesn't get a good vacuuming. Tip the charcoal basket in the corner of the bathroom doesn't help much with the humidity from the shower either. Overall, it's still a good bargain hotel. Clean beds, clean showers, hot water, spacious bathroom. Cable to. Catching up on movies? complimentary drinking water. not sure about the wifi. Good for brief stays. Friendly staff. Expect nothing from a 2 star building with 5 star amenities.

カウントダウンのイベント後に、寝るだけのために宿泊したのですが、部屋は広いし、バスルームやトイレも清潔。無料のペットボトルも用意されていた。なぜか体重計まで置いてあった。深夜にチェックインしたが、スタッフも気さくでテキパキと対応してくれた。お値段以上の価値はあると思う。

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ok and cozy although was a bit small. But was suffice for a short stay. Midvalley mega shopping mall just cross the street. Very convenient for shoppers.

I booked two rooms via Expedia in Singapore. However, upon arrival, I was shocked that only one room was booked but two rooms payments were deducted. Lucky there was still vacant rooms still available. I will never book thru Expedia again. Disappointed

Its a nice boutique hotel situated on shop houses. Paid for the Amore Room which consists of two design namely the Orion and the Leo. The Orion is on level 2 and Leo we think is on level 3. All none smoking room. Room is approx 200sq foot. Its close to the Mid Valley. If you are coming from Mid Valley KTM Commuter ticket station turn right. Immediately on you right is the escalator going up to Mid Valley Mall. Don't use the escalator but walk straight to the road junction. Be careful while crossing the 30 feet wide expressway. Continue going straight for about 30 meter then go down the stairways until the pathway, turn right. (On your left is a Petron petrol station). On your right is a row of shop houses and a service road. The hotel is a corner unit at the end of the row of shop houses.
