This hotel is great for the stay however the surrounding hawkers and shops all are poor in manner with bad attitudes shouting at customers especially the durian stall further fr this hotel, night life during weekends is very popular

I have been staying at this hotel for a while. It is very clean. The location is excellent. They are having renovations, which surprised me. Means they are indeed upgrading their premises. Looking forward to the changes.

The hotel is nice, you get what you pay for. Our room is quite spacious, even though the hair dryer in the room is not working. After a bit of trouble with the conversion, we called customer service, but the staff still able to get us a hair dryer. This is important because the two of us have very long hair. Even though this is a nonsmoking building, there is a smoke smell in the building. Its not bordering us. Its still acceptable! Overall, the service is good. Will be back next time! We really enjoy our stay here! Cheers.

Overall, it offers excellent value. The hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms appear tidy, but it seems like people are coming for a quickee. The location is excellent, right around the corner when you turn into the Austin height, making it easy to overlook the hotel. Parking is not provided, and it will be a hassle to locate nearby parking. Remember that you must pay a parking coupon on Sunday. However, the water heater has some issues, it was fine for the first 5 minutes before starting to become cold, so be quick when you show up. The receptionist is pleasant.

This is my first time staying in Austin. The hotel is clean and the location is good. Its a good value for one night stay and there are many restaurants nearby.
