The service suites are in excellent shape. They have a dry kitchen with utensils, making them ideal for families traveling together. There is besides that, there is an additional single bed available. If you dont make your reservation online, please bring cash. Each day, about rm 17, there will be an autopay machine for parking. We didnt drive in kl, so we parked for two days. Towels and free wifi are provided.

Overall, i would say that this hotel is worth it for those who prioritize location over comfort, service, and formality. However, it is probably best to avoid staying if you want a nicer hotel experience. Conveniently located and tastier flat with kl views. The bed was also comfortable, as was the apartment itself. There is no proper reception or checkin, when you arrive, you call 999, then someone comes down and takes you to the flat. Its all very informal, with many hosts on their phones and swapping cash. Very rude service despite the hotel being called excellent service. When we arrived outside our estimated check in time, we were told off because we had arrived late. Mold is present in the apartments sink and bathroom, along with the smell of cigarettes in its hallway.

I am satisfied with my stay here. Excellent views, friendly personnel. The swimming pool is lovely. If youre bored, you can go shopping because the shopping mall is right downstairs. Large, clean, and organized room for the room. Because of the large size, my child enjoys the carpeting and can play around in it. Good room service is also provided. Water pressure is good. A decent water heater is available. Although there isnt an iron in the apartment, guests can still request one. Food was adequate, with a wide variety from western to local cuisine. There are two restaurants near the hotel for breakfast vip lounge and big apple restaurant. It seems like the only eating is you, which is quiet.

The worst bed ive ever had the unfortunate fortune to sleep on. The apartment is quite worn out. There are no real cooking facilities. Excellent laundry service. Great location, lovely pool area.

Our room was huge, but it needs a lot of effort and money. There is nothing wrong with this, just countless little things that add up. The pool is really nice, and the location is good for getting around kl. Although not very good at what they do, the guys who run the apartment dont seem to want to make your stay better or easier, instead, they prefer to ensure that things are the best or easiest for them.

Only two positives - air conditioned and a fantastic view over the city from 32 floors up including Petrona Towers and Merdeka Tower. This is not a hotel but serviced apartments. No reception desk etc. Hard to find in large shopping centre. People on mobiles contacting people responsible for the apartment. They could not find my expedia booking. Eventually an apartment was found. Apartment was not cleaned from previous occupants, quite worn fittings and dirty carpet. I will not return, even for the view.
