Saya nak bagi review jujur, bukan untuk menjatuhkan, tetapi untuk membantu pihak hotel meningkatkan lagi kualiti servis hotel ini. Memandangkan hotel ini baru sahaja dibuka sewaktu saya check-in hotel ini (belum sampai sebulan) yang mana baru pre-opening sahaja, jadi banyak penambahbaikan perlu dilakukan. Saya dah booking bilik seawal 10 hari sebelum tarikh check-in melalui Apps tiket.com dengan full payment. Malangnya, 5 hari sebelum check-in, hotel ni menjadi viral menyebabkan ramai orang check-in pada masa yang sama. 1) masalah sewaktu check-in : saya & rakan² trauma kerana 2 kali berturut-turut kami diberi bilik yang dah ade guest di dalam bilik tersebut. Macammana pihak hotel punya sistem check-in? Bilik itu sudah ada guest, tapi hotel boleh bagi access card bilik yang sama untuk guest lain? Diharapkan pihak hotel boleh perbaiki sistem check-in supaya tidak terjadi kepada guest yang lain. 2) book bilik seaview tapi dapat bilik forest view : harga bilik seaview lebih mahal dari forest view. Tapi disebabkan masalah sistem check-in yang huru-hara tadi, kami terpaksa terima yang bilik kami di-downgrade dari seaview ke forest view. Sebagai ganti, pihak hotel bagi kami untuk check-out lambat yang mana sepatutnya check-out pukul 12pm, tapi hotel bagi kami check-out pukul 6pm. 3) kebersihan bilik : bahagian katil & lain² semua bersih. Cuma tandas tidak berapa memuaskan. Terutama dibahagian lantai & dinding tandas. Harap pihak hotel boleh perbaiki lagi tentang kebersihan tandas di dalam bilik guest. 4) apa yang saya suka tentang hotel ini : bilik hotel yang sangat luas dan ada katil yang memuatkan sehingga 6 orang dewasa dalam 1 bilik. Dan harga yang sangat berpatutan, tidak sampai RM500 untuk 6 orang, free breakfast untuk 6 orang juga. Makanan breakfast dia terlalu banyak pilihan dan semua sedap! Bonus point - ada Water Splashpark! Seronok tengok kanak² bermain, sangat luas dan ada banyak slides! Jadi, harapan saya supaya pihak hotel dapat meningkatkan lagi kualiti servis hotel ini terutama sistem check-in & kebersihan tandas kerana saya sangat suka dengan bilik yang luas, katil yang selesa, breakfast yang sangat sedap & water splashpark yang besar. Saya & rakan² tak menyesal check-in di hotel ini. Kami pasti akan check-in lagi cuma tunggu lepas dah habis musim viral. 😁
