01. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment/ house
Smoking in the house will incurs RM500 cleaning fee.
02. No Illegal business dealing in the house / No Drug.
03. Strictly no parties or Event unless otherwise agreed upon.
04. People other than those in the Guest list may not stay overnight in
the property. Any other person in the property is the sole
responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the
occupancy limit as agreed on the listing page.
05. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs
neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from
11:00pm - next day 7:00am
06. All of the units are privately owned; the owners and host are not
responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on
the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and host are not
responsible for the loss of Personal belongings or valuables of the
guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are
expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the
premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
07. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
08. Only use appliances for their intended uses
09. PETS are not allowed
10. Housekeeping : There is no daily housekeeping service. While
linens and bath towels are included in the unit,
daily maid service is not included in the rental
rate, daily house keeping service provided
only subject to a cleaning charge.
Meanwhile , We do not permit towels or linens
to be taken out from the units. ( Our cleaning
service fees is RM30 Per hour , Minimum 2
hours ,Please kindly contact us if you need
extra cleaning service, Thanks ! )
11. Garbage : Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage
or recycling receptacle
12. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper
material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that
feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you
could be charged damages of up more than RM1,000.
13. Please do not use the provided towel as a floor mat / bathroom mat ,
as we do provide floor mat in the house.
14. Light cooking is allowed. Appreciate if you can take care the
cleanliness of the kitchen , dining area and living room area.
15. Kindly remove your outside SHOE when you are inside the house.
16. Save the environment , please kindly switch off the lights , switch off the fans and air-cond whenever you are not around or when you check out the unit.
17. Swimming pool located at facilities floor above rooftop , to use the swimming Pool , kindly wear a proper swimming suit.
18. Stealing from those premises will lead to arrest and prosecution.
19. If Violation of any regulation above will result in a find of MYR500.00 or more. Thank you !
20. Check in time : After 3pm
Check Out time : Before 12pm
Check out time is STRICTLY AT 12PM and is not extendable. Late check out is subject to an additional room charges 50% of the room rate on the day will be CHARGED. If check out
between 12 noon to 1pm ;
100% of the room rate on the day will be CHARGED, if check out after 1pm.
Kindly inform us before 12am of the previous day if you want to extend your check out date. Extension upon the availability, FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE basic.
