Important Stay Information & House Rules

🆔 1. Identity Verification
All guests are required to provide valid identification for verification purposes:
• 🔹 Local guests: Copy of MyKad (IC)
• 🔹 Overseas guests: Copy of passport


👥 2. Occupancy Details of Guests
• ▪️ Guests must accurately declare the total number of occupants at the time of booking.
• ▪️ The host reserves the right to approve or adjust the declared number of guests.
• ▪️ Undeclared or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
• ⚠️ A penalty of RM 300 per extra guest will be charged for any violation.


🏊 3. Facility Access Policy
• ◘ Access to shared facilities (e.g., swimming pool, gym) is subject to the building management’s rules and availability.
• ◘ The host is not responsible for any facility closures, restrictions, or changes imposed by management.


🔄 4. Replacement Unit Policy
• ◘ In the event that the original unit cannot be provided due to unforeseen issues (such as leakage, electrical faults, or safety concerns), the host may offer a replacement unit of similar standard.


🏗️ 5. Management & Facility Issues
• 💧 Water Supply: In the event of water disruption, the host will make reasonable efforts to assist. However, the host is not liable for delays or interruptions beyond their control.
• 🛗 Lift Issues: If a lift malfunction occurs, the host will attempt to provide an alternative solution or replacement unit where possible. Please note that lift maintenance is managed by the building management, and immediate resolution cannot be guaranteed.
• 👔 Management-Related Matters: The host aims to provide a comfortable stay but has no authority over building management operations. Issues outside the host’s control will be communicated promptly, though the host is not responsible for delays or unresolved matters.


🚫 6. Guest Conduct House Rules
• 🚭 No smoking inside the unit – Penalty: RM 300
• 🎉 No parties or events – Penalty: RM 300
• 👥 Extra guest not declared in the reservation – Penalty: RM 300 per guest
• 🔑 Lost key or access card – Replacement fee: RM 300
• 📬 Key and Access Card Return – Must follow host instructions. If you return the key in the wrong box, an RM 200 penalty will be imposed.
• ⏰ Late checkout after 11:00 AM without approved late checkout – Penalty: RM 200
• 🧹 Excessive mess – Additional cleaning fees may apply depending on severity.
• ⚖️ Illegal activities – Will be reported to the authorities immediately. Violation of these rules may result in immediate booking cancellations without refund.


📦 7. Lost & Found
• ✦ Items will be kept for 30 days. Guests are responsible for shipping costs if they wish to have items returned.
