Here are some house rules:

RM 300 security deposit will be collected by bank transfer before check in, refunded after check out within 24-48 hours.
1. Keep our home secure and lock doors & windows when leaving
2. Please keep quiet after 10pm.
3. If evidence of SMOKING is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of RM300 for the removal of odours, debris and such.
4. No durian allowed
5. Kindly keep the place net and clean before check out
6. Check-in time after 3 pm, HOST has the right to reject early check-in to make sure the cleanliness of the house.
7. Check out before 12pm, HOST has the right to reject late check out to ensure the next customer check in efficiency.
8. Kindly take care of our home , treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.

RM 300 入住押金会通过银行转账收取, 房东会在退房后24-48小时内还给房客.
1. 外出请把门窗关好，关掉电源
2. 晚上10点后请勿大声喧哗
3. 如果在您住宿期间或退房后立即被发现有吸烟的迹象，则将处以RM300的罚款，以清除异味，杂物等。
4. 不可携带榴莲
5. 请在退房前保持房间清洁。
6. 入住时间为下午3点后，房东有权拒绝提早入住，以确保提供干净的民宿给您。
7. 上午12点之前退房，房东有权拒绝延迟退房以确保下一位住户入住效率。
