The staff is warm and friendly. The cleanliness and tranquility of the riccarton capsule hotel are very good! The fun part is living up a childs dream while being comfortable. Its also close to a park with a lake view and city view. Subway putra mall is also close by. Enjoy this gem in kl!.

This hotel is suitable for you if you want a cheap place to stay for the night. The capsules are clean, the air conditioner is good and the bathroom is clean. However, some lights flicker, you should check it out as it reduces the aesthetic.

Excellent accommodation for backpackers. A tall person, 170 cm, might not be comfortable. Basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and towels are provided. You must ask the front desk for slippers and prayer mats. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. There isnt a specific praying area, but you can use the corridor.

The room and service are excellent. I had a great stay here. Suitable for solo, budget, and young travelers. The facilities are predominantly dormstyle or shared spaces, so they are not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues. Contacting the hotel directly is more affordable. Unfortunately, for those without vehicles, youll likely need grab services to get you to the nearest mrt or lrt station.

The capsule was spotless, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The price was reasonable. Excellent location, close to the lake titwangsa. There will be a 710 minute walk there. I heartily suggest it to backpackers or lone travelers.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and hotel, easy access to the extras. The antenna is broken! Tv. Long time already locked tv system. No maintenance. No technician. Im hoping management can improve it. Thank you, we can unlock it for myfreeview channels. Some broken parts in the room. Staff told me it was already repaired but broken back due to customers handling it. Window handle, leaking shower and bidet host. The carpet smells wet when you enter the room. The toilet lighting faded. No tea or coffee sachets. Recommended walking distance to dapur sarawak restaurant. Recommended near taman titiwangsa and many halal restaurants with good food and reasonable prices. Bring your own 3in1 tea or coffee seems to have a water filter. A bit far from the train station (need a taxi). No doby nearby.

I highly recommend this hotel for a budget trip. The hotel is close to titiwangsa lake park, with capsules and rooms. The hotel is also close to kuala lumpur mrt and lrt titiwangsa in front of mcdonald titiwangsa. The room is clean but a bit cramped.

Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini untuk para backpacker atau pelancong individu. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus, dekat dengan Danau Titwangsa. Dibutuhkan sekitar 7- 10 menit berjalan kaki dari sana. Stafnya sangat ramah dan kapsulnya bersih. Harganya terjangkau.

Kamarnya cukup luas (ada kamar model kapsul juga untuk yang datang sendiri). Bersih awalnya agak di bawah harapan karena lift utama sedang dalam pemeliharaan dan dibawa melalui lift belakang yang debu dan kotor karena memang untuk lift barang. Tapi lift utamanya tidak seburuk yang dibayangkan. Resepsionisnya ramah. Dekat dari jalan. Wifi cepat. Setrika tersedia di setiap lantai (diletakkan di ujung lorong). Disediakan bus gratis untuk tujuan ke beberapa rumah sakit, salah satunya KPJ Tawakkal minus. Jauh dari pusat perbelanjaan karena tujuan saya ingin check-up ke KPJ, jadi itu tidak masalah bagi saya, saya jalan kaki ke RS. Makanan terdekat adalah MCD (seberang jalan). Karena pinggir jalan besar, suara mobil dari luar cukup terdengar, jika yang biasa tidur dalam kondisi tenang mungkin sedikit terganggu. Bagi saya itu tidak menjadi masalah besar. Exhaust fan di kamar mandi kurang berfungsi, jadi air di lantai kamar mandi lama sekali kering. Jika tujuan untuk ke RS atau ada kegiatan di daerah situ, hotel ini bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif.
