Check-in Time:
Our last check-in time with customer service is 9:30 pm. If you need a late check-in after this hour, please inform us in advance and make arrangements before 10:00 pm.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in:
MYR 100 per room
MYR 200 for the entire home
Please contact us for bank details. The deposit will be refunded within 1–3 working days after check-out and once cleaning is completed.

Identification & Tourism Tax:
A copy of your identity card or passport is required before check-in for registration.
Malaysian tourism tax is MYR 10.00 per night per person, applicable to foreigners entering with a social visit pass.

Cleaning Fee:
An additional cleaning fee applies, as mentioned in the template sent to you before check-in. This fee is payable directly at the property and depends on the size of the property. Please contact us for further details.

Late Check-out Charges:
Additional charges for late check-out are RM 60.00 per hour.

Lost Access Card:
Replacement of a lost access card is MYR 200.00.

Personal Belongings:
Upon check-out, please ensure no valuable belongings are left in the property.

Parking:
Vehicles are parked at your own risk.

No Smoking:
Smoking is NOT allowed in the property. A penalty of RM 500.00 will be charged for violations.

Prohibited Foods:
Food or fruits with pungent smells or strong coloring (such as durian or mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit.

Hotel/Homestay Rules:
Kindly adhere to all rules and regulations of the hotel/homestay.

Prohibited Activities:
No damaging, no missing items, and no illegal activities are allowed at the property. If any are found, the deposit will be forfeited.
