This place has a strategic location. The price is worth it with the quality, only rm 37 per night. However, keep in mind that the bathroom is shared between 4 rooms. So, if you dont mind sharing with others and have fewer funds, this is the best option.

If you intend to travel around kuantan on jalan or jahan, this is the place to stay. There are plenty of parking spaces and the house is spotless. The major attractions are only a short stroll away from the highly strategic location. Its also peaceful in the neighborhood. You just need to be patient with selfcheckin.

A budget hotel in a twostory double house. Very roomy and spotless. The host was very polite, helpful, and kind enough to make reschedule requests for two single beds. Room was tidy. We used the communal bathroom. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. There is free drinking water in the room, there is also tavern in front of the kitchen where you can make hot drinks or maggi cup noodles (not provided) very inexpensive rooms, checking in and out with utensils was quite convenient. Cashless transaction. Doorways are like hotels using card access. Overall, i had stayed well and will definitely return because of my work, which involves me visiting kuantan once yearly.

The owner of the guest house is very responsive. The room is clean and spacious. Parking is provided but first come, first served. Very close to the attraction place. One thing is if the owner can provide toiletries in the room it will be good.
