The room is large. Parking is safe and close by. There are 10 tv channels to choose from. And the best art is that the nearby restaurant is open until 1 am. So dont worry if you arrive late at night.

The staff is responsive and takes immediate action to assist me in upgrading my room after i complained that the next door was smoking, and the toilet was clean but felt a little oily. However, if you stay near windows, you may experience some road noise.

Ada beberapa hal yang kurang bagus. Terutama parkirnya memang jenis terbuka, tidak ada yang spesial untuk hotel, sehingga sulit untuk mendapatkan tempat parkir kosong jika parkirannya suka-suka. Kamarnya bagus, shower airnya juga panas dan sejuk. Yang ramah adalah ketika meminta kartu identitas di kamar, dia hanya memberikan 1 kartu, setelah itu dia mengatakan tidak ada, dia mengingatkan saya pada saat pertama kali check in hotel, mungkin juga tidak ada. Ada juga toko makan di dekat area tersebut, selebihnya agak sulit karena kendaraannya sangat banyak. Wifi:8 per 10 Staff:4 per 10 Check in:6 per 10 (depo 100 cash) Parking:1 per 10 (tidak ada untuk hotel jika penuh rumah Anda parkir tegak lurus dengan public park) Clean:5 per 10 (ada serangga di selimut) Peman:5 per 10 (ada serangga di selimut) View kamar dari hotel:2 per 10.

I spent one night there and will most certainly stay at this hotel again if i visit kuantan later. The service was excellent! The other day, erry, the receptionist, was the best ive ever had! He gave me excellent assistance and was willing to switch rooms from the second to the first floor given my mothers condition. My accommodation included breakfast, and the cafe service provided was also good.

Pemesanan melalui aplikasi. Lokasi strategis, kamar bersih dan lengkap. Staf yang ramah. Ada kipas di dalam kamar. Tidak akan panas jika AC rusak. Hanya jika Anda memilih kamar Executive King, tanda duduk tidak ada, tetapi menggunakan bidet. Anda harus memilih kamar standar untuk tandas dengan paip. Dapat tinggal di sini lagi di masa depan.

This place offers excellent value for the money. The location is excellent. Although compact, the room is fully equipped and comfortable to live in. Its a very cozy bath. Ctrip collected tourism tax. I was charged by the hotel once more. This shouldnt be the hotels problem.

I had a pleasant twoday stay at the Riverside boutique hotel. I walked in. Reasonably priced and good value for money. Room type executive king view. Strategic location. Very nice and friendly staff. Water dispenser is available. The cleanliness is slightly compromised but you can ask for cleaning. Some facilities (basin water tap leaks, toilet door lock is detached) are not in good condition but dont affect the overall stay. Recommended budget hotel

I just stopped by to stay for a night, and the rooms are fine. The bed sinks in the center of the room are simple, the toilet seat and opposing wall kind of close, shower not hot at all no matter how you adjust it. With the price for one night though, i think its fine with me. So 3 stars.

Harganya sesuai sama yang didapet. Terus, ada astro juga dikamar. Abis itu, koneksi internetnya lancar jaya. Udah gitu, harganya lumayan tinggi. Lalu, meski depositnya lumayan tinggi buat hotel kayak gini, tapi gak masalah soalnya ada wifi yang tokcer.

Overall, this hotel is a decent choice for lodging. Positives include friendly staff, availability of towels, shampoo and shower soap, limited parking space (first come, first served), and tv with varying channels. Cons the room is not particularly large. Cleanliness is poor, there are hairs on the floor. The toilet isnt cleaned clean because there is no staff. Water problems occur when the hotel was fully booked.
