It's convenient to get food (24 hrs Restaurant), 7Eleven, and Self Laundry (24hrs). There's watson just walking distance along the shop lots. 5min walking distance to Mersing Jetty and 10min walking distance to Mersing Bus Terminal.

We arrive a Monday to take the early morning ferry to Tioman, so we just wanted to have diner and sleep. The room has no window, just 3 beds and bathroom All-in-One style: shower-toilet-sink. Good Wifi, water & ice in the coridor. few euros for that, you can't claim.Only cash payment. 500m to the jetty for the ferry.

A very basic budget hotel. We knew what to expect so was not surprised when we checked in to our room. The room was stark and very outdated. Plus point - we did get WiFi in the room after a few attempts to log in. You get what you pay for, okay for a 1 night stay whilst waiting for the ferry to Tioman Island.
