The facilities are clean and tidy. The shower has strong water pressure and the bath towels are quality. Comfortable sleep at night especially after a long journey. Very friendly customer service by working extra miles. There is lift service for elderly or luggage transfers. My family enjoys our comfort stay for 3 days and 2 nights. Keep up the good service.

The hotel staff are friendly and approachable. The rooms need better maintenance. My air conditioner was not very cold and i didnt sleep well because of this. Also, there is no hairdryer in the room. Great location and within walking distance of aeon.

The hotel is conveniently located near aeon mall, making it easy to access. There is parking available, and within a km, there are numerous amenities. The beds were satisfactory, although the bed could have been firmer. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again on our next trip.

It wouldn't be my first or second choice. We were only there for one night because it was reserved by a friend. You would find the basic, if all you require is a place to stay for a few hours, according to my title. A tiny window, a bathrobe, and a room, bed, kettle, and towel. Bring the remaining toiletries. Even though there was mildew in the shower, it is tidy. The grime on the shower head put me off because it was obvious that there wasn't one item they cleaned. Additionally, although I wasn't sure if the filter had been cleaned, the air conditioner worked well and quickly cooling the room. Additionally, we received a smoking room because each of our rooms was a smoking room. I didn't slumber between the covers, rather, on it.
