Stunning beach, beautiful room with ocean view, but the food needs to be improved. The worst thing was that the receptionist was not friendly and helpful, which made the stay not worth the 5 star.

The good thing about this place is the view from the hotel and the beautiful beach. Although the accommodation was nice and has an atmosphere that is quite comfortable with a view of the beach, the food here could be better but at the price, the receptionist was too unfriendly and not helpful.

We stayed here for one night for 2 units in a townhouse we got upstairs and downstairs. The townhouse is large enough for 6 people. 1 queen bed room, one twin bed room, and 2 single beds in the living room. It is a great place to gather friends and family for a fun activity here. We enjoyed the beach and pool, the view is really nice especially at night. Beach has several swings, a convenience store, and a coffee shop. You might be able to find different kinds of alcohol from the shop. Some people also enjoy flying kites and playing football. Room hygiene and more variety of breakfast options are the areas that need improvement. It would be nicer and more enjoyable if they put more entertainment like water activities on such a beautiful location.

We stayed here for one night for two units in a townhouse we were given upstairs and downstairs, the townhouse can accommodate 6 people. One queen bed room, one twin bed room, and two single beds in the living room. It is a nice place to have fun activities with friends and family. We loved the beach and pool, the view is very nice, especially at evening. Beach has several swings, a convenience store, and a coffee shop. You can find different types of alcohol at the store. Several people enjoy kite flying and football. The rooms hygiene and a wider selection of breakfast options are the key areas for improvement. It would be nicer and more enjoyable if they had more entertainment such as water activities at such a lovely location.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for the weekend. They claimed to have jets and atv rentals that we had reserved. But when the time came, the items were either serviced, the staff in charge wasnt there, or it wasnt the right time. And finally, we couldn't use it. On the day of our arrival, the pool was in maintenance. The rooms were clean, but the cleaners never came to check on it during our days of stay. The beds were firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast food was bland. The staff wasn't friendly or helpful. They had a carefree attitude. We stayed in a townhouse, and during our stay, the main switch stumbled. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. We had to go there and find someone to assist us with the main switch. It turned out that you can't turn on the aircorn and hot water at the same time, which is inconvenient. The location was still not in top condition for a newly constructed hotel. The townhouse's microwave and washing machine were the only good things. The beach was also not very clean as there was a lot of trash around.

We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. We had to go there to help us to set up the main switch. It turned out that you cannot switch on the aircorn and the hot water at once, which was inconvenient. The location wasnt in excellent shape for a newly built hotel. The only good thing was a microwave and washing machine in the townhouse. The beach wasnt very clean, as there was plenty of trash around.

Sítio remoto muito agradavel, longe da confusão e junto ao mar. Local ideal para tirar férias fora do reboliço da cidade. Como ponto negativo apenas o facto de o Google Maps me ter enviado para uma estrada assustadora sem saída á noite. Tive a me deslocar á Roxy Semantan Villa onde me levaram directamente ao sítio. De assinalar tb q n há onde comer nas proximidades. Portanto ou levam comida ou comem em Simantan.
