Duvet Cover Stains internet system is poor, call to notify operator they give reason many guest are using wifi. Unacceptable reason given by operator on duty. After 1 hour call the wifi system still slow no one came to fix. Good things room is good accept duvet cover stain. Apart from that all good. Cafe House food good. View good swimming pool

I stayed in Pan Borno from April 1 to December 30 to attend a wedding after occupying the executive suite and adjoining room for my 3 kids. The rooms were pleasant and the staff was pleasant and helpful. However, I'm disappointed with the housekeeping facilities. I say this because although the sheets are made up daily the rooms are never vacuumed and the toiletries are replenished. I recall the biscuit crumbs remaining on the carpets on a lot of occasions when I went back to the room. As the carpets are not vacuumed and carpets are known to collect dust in our tropical weather my daughter fell sick on our return to Koala Lump. The hotel is full of tourists from China and Korea, which is probably the reason the housekeeping crew is always on time. On one occasion, my rooms were never cleaned till the evening.

We enjoyed our week staying here, and the service and assistance are quite helpful. Besides that, the free shuttle service into the city was great and the happy hour drinks were also very good.

The hotel is located a few kilometers south of Ok Airport in the Puritan district. This is the place to stay if you want to save money and need a place south of Ok that is closer to Ok Kai Wildlife Center. If you want to save money, choose a place south of Ok that is closer to Ok Kai Wildlife Center. Please be aware that the room is very basic and not as clean as one might want. Be aware that the location of the hotel as stated on google maps is not exactly accurate, but it is not hard to find because it is right on the expressway going south from the airport, on the right side of the road.

This is the location that is suitable if you want to save money and need a place south of Ok that is closer to Lok Kai Wildlife Center. The hotel is located in the Puritan district, a few kilometers south of Ok airport. Be aware that the location of the hotel as shown on google maps is not exact.

The hotel is in the Puritan area and close to Kota Kinabalu International Airport. It took a minute to get to this hotel, and I had an international makeup workshop there. I enjoyed my night's stay here. Wonderful room. The pool area provided a great night's swim. Good breakfast, lunch, and a buffet meal. Nearby restaurants and shopping were all very convenient and accessible, from the hotel to Kota Kinabalu. The only thing that let me down was the day the complimentary airport transportation should pick me up, which he didn't do. It was unplanned at all. When I got to the grab area, the hotel employees phoned me to let me know the driver was coming. The hotel was already too late to take me.
