I booked a family room for one night. Check-in was done well and the girl was helped very much. The family room with two queen beds combined was chosen. The room looks rather dim and unpleasant. The bathroom was clean but the water heater couldn't change the temperature. Night staff, receptionist girl who worked was not very helpful when we needed to use the iron box. Nonetheless, this is a typical hotel to stay and the management needs to improve its customer service skills to improve hotel service.

I booked this hotel for a night with family to stay during the festive season. The price is reasonable because of its convenient location, it's close to mad corner shops, and a half hour halal restaurant behind mad a teacher, and it's a short drive from Mesa mall, however, it will smell of Indian praying joysticks when I arrive to check in.

Kalau di sekitar Klia, tetapi lokasi ini cukup jauh dari Klia. Tidak banyak cara untuk ke sana. Salah satunya dengan airportliner tetapi jalan ini kita harus berjalan sangat jauh kalau sudah malam dan hanya sendiri tidak disarankan karena jalan jalannya sangat gelap. Para termuda dengan taxi seharga 40 myr. Ketika checking di hotel, kita harus menyerahkan deposit sebesar 25 myrkamar. Saat checkout, uang deposit bisa diambil. Saat masuk ke kamar kita akan diberi air mineral 1 botol.

The location of the hotel is close to the food and shop areas called Avenue and Teacher in Nila. The rooms look new and clean even at night but there are still strange noises. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. So imagine carrying your luggage up the stairs especially if you are staying on level 3. The only negative thing is that the parking lot is very limited.

The soundproofing is not really proven. It's already a pleasant day or two to stay. I've been to this hotel twice. At the front desk, a young lady is friendly, she will answer questions and try to assist us when we have problems. There are a few air conditioners that are not very cold right now, like blowing, and the cold is not present. If you can find a good room, the shower is not hot enough. Based on my experience, you can hear other visitors slam the door at midnight.
