Guests with good etiquette, treating the apartment like their own home will be much appreciated. Beyond that, here are a few important house rules: • Strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment. Security deposit will be forfeited in the unfortunate event of non-compliance. • Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. • Strictly no durians allowed in the apartment. • Strictly no parties and/or events. This rule is regulated and enforced by the Apartment's management team, to ensure best security and ambiance to all residents. • Charges will apply for any damages done to items within the premise. • Access card and door keys are to be kept soundly. In the unfortunate event of misplacement, a replacement fee of RM250 fee will be charged. • Much appreciated if the air-conditioning and other electrical appliances are turned off before leaving the apartment. • Noise levels are to be kept down especially after 9pm. • Any fines imposed by the management will be deducted from the security deposit.
