The housekeeping didnt clean the room properly and in fact left an aromatic bottle spray on the bed. We didnt bother to change rooms because it was 8 pm and we were tired. Good location and near fandb outlets. Please improve.

If you intend to stay away from hotels for a while, this is a great place to stay. Its also a good value. You can get a lower cost than a walkin if you book online. The only issue i have here is the available wifi. The line got worse and i couldnt even connect. Parking is available nearby, but its a small site. Its also simple to communicate with the receptionist. I can only give it a 3.5/5 rating right now.

Nice hotel in a great location. Easy access to popular areas in town. 7 eleven just a few doors away. However, noticed that the under bed had not been checked and swiped for a long time. Very dusty and found some items such as socks, cloth face masks and other items under the bed.

The location is nice and the restaurants are close by. The wifi is lacking and difficult to connect. If you need to stay connected, please provide your own data. The tv program is very limited. There are only 3-4 local channels available to watch, but only one channel is good to watch with good audio. The rest is almost nothing. Understand this is a budget hotel, but the mentioned are the basics that one hotel should provide. Not necessarily cable tv, but at least mytv programs will serve its purpose.

Staying for 3 days and 2 nights. Purchased through application. Standard double no window. Bilik alright. Luas. Sikit dan kecil ke dan kosong. Parking is okay, check in on the first day. Parking is full on the second day, so park kt tepi bangunan. Air conditioning is available. Tv x function. Water dispenser ada. Lif ada, tapi kecik je. Deposit rm 50, claim masa check out. All in all, okay, boleh repeat.

Kamar mandinya tidak bersih karena banyak serangga beterbangan, air mineral tidak disediakan, TV hanya ada 3 saluran, satu saluran gambarnya jernih. Jika check-in terlambat, Anda dapat duduk di sana sepanjang malam.

Saat tengah malam saya terbangun karena tetesan air, ternyata ada yang bocor di tembok, dan di samping tempat tidur, bantal dan handphone yang diletakkan di samping tempat tidur semuanya basah kuyup. Namun, pelayannya sopan dan kamarnya cukup rapi.

Harga hotel ini sepadan dengan apa yang didapatkan. Walaupun kamarnya kecil, tapi bersih dan rapi. Koneksi wifi cepat. Anda dapat parkir di belakang bangunan karena ada pintu belakang untuk ke lobi, pintu akan ditutup pada pukul 6 pagi. Saluran TV terbatas dan tidak jernih. Ada besi di luar dan ada coway di setiap lantai.

A tidy and pleasant hotel. A family room is available. One queen bed and two single beds are included. Convenient and conveniently located near all amenities, the hotel boasts a wide range of parking spaces. Simply park in front of the hotel. If god willing, you can easily stay here again if you visit kuantan. Additionally, the staff members are exceptionally friendly.
