I believe the location is excellent because it is close to various modes of public transportation, such as the train or free bus services (gokl). There are numerous food options nearby, primarily chinese food. Petaling street, or chinatown, is lit up and bustling with activities at night, a location frequented by many tourists. Many of the hotels rooms lack windows. The windows facing the road can be quite noisy at times. The rooms provide the bare necessities for travelers, including soap and shampoo, towels, and flip flops. Breakfast is not provided at the hotel.

Everything is fine with me. The staff is friendly. But the middleaged receptionist who usually works the night shift is not very friendly. The woman who i believe is the boss is very rude when speaking to customers. Im not sure how she responds to other customers, but when she gets angry she speaks some english and chinese very rudely. The room only has one electrical socket which is very inconvenient. They dont provide water bottles every day as long as coffee or tea. But there is a public water machine in the hallway. But on the other hand, the hotel is located in a very friendly traffic area. Very easy to get a grabcar. Near many restaurants and a pharmacy right next to it.

I spent two nights at the soho town hotel, and i was pleased with the level of service and amenities offered. The bathroom was large, and the room was tidy. Its convenient to walk to chinatown and the pudu train station, and the pricing was fair. I will strongly advise staying at this hotel.
