A heritage tax will be applicable to stays in the state of Melaka, payable directly to the property.
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited to consume in the rooms. The guest is responsible for the consequences of unrestrained alcohol consumption. A penalty of RM 300 will be made if there are any damages caused to the hostel premises or threats to cause a public disturbance.
Our daily check-in is from 2:30pm and our check-out is by 12noon. So please make sure you and your belongings are out of the room by then. If you are late to check-out then you'll be asked to pay for Rm10 for every hour.
RM50 will be charged if you lost/ didn't return the Room Card. Hotel Announcement
The guest is required to protect the hostel property. The guest is responsible for any damage to mattresses and bedding, including bed sheets, blankets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels resulting from unhygienic, or from the use of make-up, body oils, etc. The guest is responsible for damage compensation according to the Price List of the Hostel Property.
The hostel reserves the right to charge 100% full and new replacement value and any shipping/handling charges for special cleaning or repair of damaged linens from the guest, even after departure.

Towel: RM 40

Toiletries are not provided.
Toiletries Bag is available for purchase as the counter for RM10 which includes: Towel 1 pcs, Shampoo, Foam Bath, Soap, Toothbrush, Comb, Sanitary Purpose (Kindly return towel and bags upon check on).
Only Towel is available at RM5.
A damage deposit of MYR 50 per pax is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer or TnG within 24 hours, subject to an inspection of the property. Should you want to be reimbursed in cash upon check-out, check-out must be done between 9.30am-12pm.
