All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily A big thanks to Manager Rosada and all her team

Me and my hub enjoyed our stay at Telaga Resort. If we be in Langkawi, we will stay at Telaga again. Very friendly and homely atmosphere. Fantastic hospitality by Ms Rosada, the Operation Manager at Telaga.

This place was a gem! The vibes were tropical, the staff was superb. The breakfast came in clutch so we didn't have think about where to eat as soon as we'd wake up. The pool was clean and enjoyable. I love how outside each room they had a little outdoor semiprivate porch like space. The location was also super convenient right across a supermarket that had virtually everything you would need. We were also walking distance to a great brunch place called greens and a Syrian restaurant on the other side. The only comment might be the AC was not functioning as good as one would expect. This was when we initially came in the room. However we did notice it improved over the course of our trip. Ultimately though a fan would have been helpful. The staff was excellent though. Very receptive to our feedback and even went the extra mile to make our stay amazing!!! 10/10 would highly recommend

Lovely hotel. Great location, nice quiet area about 5 min away from the main town. The room was great, had everything we needed - cleaned and restocked each day. Pool area was always clean and pool towels provided. Only down side was in out room at night there is a constant beeping alarm every 30 seconds, we were only able to sleep as we had ear plugs but it may not be as loud from other rooms. Despite this we had a great stay and would come again

This place is a longish walk or a short bike / motorbike ride from Cenang Beach, which can be good or bad depending on your preference. The room design, especially the bathroom, is nice for hotels in this price range, and the inside was clean and not overly noisy. Only thing that mattered to me that was poorer than expected was the shower water pressure, which was pathetically weak. Took twice as long as usual to get clean — no water saved. But overall, still a great deal

Loved everything. Great friendly staff. Nice cooked breakfast. Nice small quiet pool. Walking distance to Cenang beach. Bed is very comfortable. Only thing that could be improved is the water pressure. Would definitely stay again.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect however, after a warm welcome in and seeing the beautiful glowing pool area at night, I knew it was a good choice. Housekeeping folks working quickly and efficient. Everyone so friendly. The Malaysian breakfast was delicious especially with a small menu. It's only a short walk or ride to the busy beach area Many nice restaurants in whole area with inexpensive Grab rides. Fun activities and beautiful beaches near. What more could one need?

I didn't know what to expect from this stay so all impressions where quite free from pre set expectations. The hotel is just a 8-10 min walk from the Cenang beach, which is lovely. The setting is just by the main road though, but it did'nt affect us but it's not like it's in on the beach or in a green lush area. The hotel is quite small, has very friendly and helpful staff. We really noticed that they did what they could to help with different requests. The breakfast is fair, an english, american and malay version. If you like to add something they'll help. Everything is clean and well kept. Lot's of value for money, but not for the luxury seeker. Well recommended!

Stay at Telaga Suite. It's a spacious room with 1 queen+1 single bed + a large sofa. Jacuzzi in the bathroom was really amazing, readily with a bubble bath and hot water for us to enjoy after tiring day. Less density and less crowd which I can have the privacy. Some area that can be improved; 1) Unpleasant pillow case smell 2) Breakfast : same breakfast menu which can be bored for long stay. 3) Breakfast : Many flies while having my breakfast 3) Breakfast : to inform upfront before provide the meal as from my conversation with the hotel earlier, for 3 years kids does not incur additional charge to me except for 8 & 10 kids. It's a waste for both side when provide the bfast for him but I need to pay for it (as i though its inclusive). Anyway this might be due to the miscommunication.
