Its very strategic place coz near to bandar melaka and klebang.. its very easy to find parking at hotel.. the services overall is very excellent.. the importance is a staff/guard care our car when i back at hotel on midnight. They know their customer car. It so safety.

It's our second time staying in Supreme Hotel and so far, it's one of the best experiences we had. The rooms are clean and tidy, bright with big windows. It's super convenient to go any where from here, and without driving, you have many eateries in the whole area. Overall, best of the best :)

Booked a family room ,loc was good 1-2km to jonker area. many restorant nearby too. The room was big with 2 king bed . Is good for short stay if not spend much time in hotel.

This is my second visit here. I have a nice experience here. The environment is clean and tidy even though there is some small stains on the wall which is acceptable for us. The room is also quite spacious. Parking is not a problem as there are plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel. In the evenings, they provide free parking coupons.

Location strategic. It is between Melba Ray and Joker. There are several cafes and restaurants close. Expect some traffic noise because it is located on a busy stretch of roads. No WiFi during my stay. I hope they resolve it. The room is basic but still larger than most hotels in malaria on this budget. The bathroom is also spacious. I think cleanliness could be improved. To channels are pretty pathetic. It would be a huge bonus if they could offer more channels.

Weve been to Melba more than 20 times and have stayed at a lot of lowrated hotels, some on Joker Street, others in locations I cant even remember. Weve stayed in a lot of different hotels in the area around the Laksamana area. The last one is the greatest hotel and have never changed to any other hotel since. All at the hotel itself, the staff is really friendly and helpful, the area is clean, parking is free, and everything looks tidy and tidy. There are many restaurants around the hotel, all within walking distance, and the food options are more than you could imagine. If you want to be adventurous, you can cross the busy streets for more options. Overall for the price we pay and the amenities we had, this hotel is definitely worth staying back to.

I booked this hotel for one night at the last minute. I came to the hotel. The lobby is really stunning. I went to the check-in counter which is located on the right side of the hotel's main entrance. There was a group of people checking in in front. I had to wait about 15 minutes before check-in. At check-in, the person conducting the check-in asked if I had an online reservation, which I had. I tried to give him my online reservation number, but he ignored me and continued to look for my reservation. Another wait. He then got his partner to check and his colleague completed it in an excellent way. He gave me the remote controls for the air conditioning and to and to box. I got into the room with a corridor. There are air blowers in every lift opening. This area does not have air conditioning, which is very humid and stuffy. Maybe trying to save money. The room is very basic and very spacious. The bed is soft but comfortable enough. The internet connection is not that good and not very easy. The remote to the to and to box is too inaccessible. I called someone who was able to control it. The bathroom is spacious enough but without a shower curtain. Once more, the toilet seat will get wet. The water heater is quite noisy when turned on and the water is turned on for a hot shower. Parking is available outside

This hotel has been reviewed a few times and we consistently return because of that. Throughout our three days here, the wifi was down and we contacted the front desk to complain about it, but they took swift action despite this. To be fair to the supreme hotel, we adore its cleanliness, fast and timely service, and attention to detail. Despite the terrible WiFi, we had a great time while we were here. See you again.
