Tempat yang bagus untuk menginap. Lokasi strategis dekat bandara. Toko dan kafe di kompleks yang sama menawarkan makanan dan camilan. Agak mahal untuk ukuran kamar, tapi secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan.

Hotel ini terletak di alun-alun Kubota, di mana Anda tidak akan pernah lapar. Hotel bersih dan nyaman. Staf ramah dan membantu. Jalan menuju kamar sangat redup. Harap diingat bahwa hotel ini tidak memiliki lift. Namun, staf sangat membantu untuk membawa barang bawaan ke kamar Anda. Bagi mereka yang memiliki lutut sakit, tidak disarankan karena Anda harus menaiki tangga ke lantai 1 atau 2 dari jalan di mana kamar berada.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower area. However, the soundproofing of the room could be improved, as it was very noisy from neighboring rooms at night which affected our sleep. The staff were all polite and friendly.

The room is tidy, and the customer service is friendly. However, there is room for improvement in soundproofing, as there is no phone available to call customer service, and the door lacks round glass so guests can see outside when guests ring our room bell.

Overall, my stay was fantastic, and i would definitely recommend it! I was there during the corona virus lockdown in march, and struggled to book a flight back to kuala lumpur because it kept getting cancelled. The staff was extremely helpful and did their best to ensure that i had a place to stay, even when they had to close the hotel. When i was able to catch a flight without it getting cancelled, they refunded my money from the extra days i didnt use. The room i stayed in was also very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the internet connection i had to go out to the hallway to get a good connection. Hopefully, they can replace the router for future guests.

Hotel ini sangat baru dan kamarnya sangat bagus tapi kecil. Toilet sangat bersih, staf dan keamanan juga membantu. Satu-satunya masalah adalah kedap suara, sangat buruk jika Anda memilih kamar dengan jendela. Anda bahkan dapat mendengar orang "berpesta" dari lantai dasar dari jam 10 pagi hingga jam 5 sore. Mobil melaju dengan kecepatan tinggi dengan suara mesin besar yang sangat mengganggu. Jika Anda mudah terbangun, ini bukan tempat untuk Anda.

The common area walkway leading to the rooms is a bit too dim and dark. But its clean and the air conditioning works well. Rooms largely without windows, but very common for hotels above commercial shop units. Tv, lots of lighting in the room, hanger for clothes and everything you need. Water kettle needs cleaning or replacement! Photo shown. Air conditioning needs cleaning because some of us like myself have allergies right away. So i checked the filter and it was full of dust. Shower and toilet you have everything you need, but cleaning and checking are needed. I suggest having an extra one in the toilet. The receptionist is very polite and nice 24 hours a day! There is even a mini market for quick grabs. Well done! Will return and book this hotel again on my next trip.
