It was a just simple hotel room with basic needs and serve the function for a quick one night stay. Worth for the cheap price. But there was no lift in the hotel. So if u have big luggage, may not be suitable to stay higher floor.

TV cable not clear at all Poor wifi ... in some room No network . I have request change room. Good thing is ..food easy KFC ..mcd...pizza hut ..dominos Mamak . Chinese food alot as well south indian just next door .. Saloon ..massage .. facial... clinic Malls 4 malls near by within 5KM Movies in Aeon Just upgrade the hotel... Staff even from myanmar helpful

We reserve last minute and when getting into the room key, we found that the room is haven't tidy up. We immediately request the counter to change another room. There is no water from the basin in second room. Aircon is not so cold enough. Although it is cheap, but i am willing to pay more to get a better hotel room.

The hotel staff was very rude with me. She told me that i have no prior reservation and asked me to call Hotles.com to check with them and went to watch her series on the iPad as if i was not there. After being there for 30 minutes trying to reach hotels.com, she found that she was entering the confirmation number wrongly. The worst staff i have ever met. About the place, the bed sheets are smelly along with the pillows. we could not even sleep the night of the smell.

i waited for almost 30 mins to check in because there was no one at the reception counter. turns out the staff left the hotel to go to the next building and hang out with the other staff. i had to call them and once returned there is no sorry. rude stuff, dirty & uncomfortable toilet.
