The staff attitude is polite and helpful. Room condition is spacious, clean and all equipments are working well. Parking lots are sufficient and easily assessible. I think breakfast should be provided in hotel price. There so many empty restaurant seats with no takers.

Everything went smooth during our stay. The room is spacious. We enjoyed the activities provided at the Sports and Recreational TPGR which are free for the guests. Some of our family members jogged in the morning said they jog while watching some golfers at the site. Very recommended for big family.

Istana villa is very comfortable, bright n roomy. 3 rooms came ensuite n my family enjoyed the convenience. Kitchen is well equipped with cutlery. However, there was no cleaning cloth to wipe our spills when making coffee n so there was a mass. Service staffs were very friendly too.

On the way driving to the resort, I was already wondering if we did a big mistake by booking this place, as this place is out of nowhere and the area of industrial area. Upon reaching the resort, there are plenty of parking spaces and it looked unique. They really pay attention to space. Before entering our room, the space outside was enormous and arranged nicely. I have never seen any hotels like this though. The rooms was also very comfy with TV in each room. The kids were sleeping in their own room with 2 single bed - and TV. Master bedroom also own TV and huge bed. Huge room and kids got lots space to run around. Room carpet was not so clean though. Need to vacuum it really thorough. Love the Khatulistiwa Spa. Price was not bad for a hotel and the massages were amazing. We took 90 minutes massage for RM160. Even the ambience of the spa was sort of rustic. They have a big swimming pool with kiddie pool with water up to my 4 year old boy's neck. Toiletries provided were shampoo + soap, toothbrush, shower cap, sewing kit. Only tried the buffet breakfast - was so so for RM27/adult. Must have a car if you want to stay here..places to eat are not within reach.

서비스는 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 웬만한 질문, 부탁에 친절히 응대해 주었습니다. 야간에 식당 및 룸서비스가 이용이 불가능하고, 거대한 골프리조트이다보니 차량없이는 밖에 나가서 뭘 사먹을 수도 없습니다. 밤에 출출해서 혼났네요. 바의 시설은 형편없고, 객실의 침대는 딱딱하며, 화장실은 다소 낡았다는 인상이네요. 하지만 방은 굉장히 커서 놀랐습니다. 디럭스룸에 침대가 세 개가 있더군요. 딱히 골프 치거나 주변에 볼 일이 있는 게 아니라면 조홀바루 시내에 묵겠습니다.

This is my first day at this resort and it exceeded my expectations. I rented a 5 bedroom villa, and it is well-maintained, comfortable, and clean. It is next to the golf course, and the view is spectacular. You can hear insects chirping at night with a cool breeze. The staff here is helpful and courteous. We had dinner at the club, and the majority of the dishes are excellent, particularly the duck. Activities are for all ages and personalities, so we played tennis, table tennis, and a swimming pool with slide for kids. Well, try archery before leaving tomorrow. There are numerous other things here, such as a table pool, gym, squash, horse riding, a small field for football, and of course golf, but we won't have time for all of them this time. Overall, I'll give this resort a five-star rating in terms of the resort's amenities, service, and value. Keep up the outer golf resort.

Location is great, and it was comfortable to stay here. We sat in the cafe, so we could have a view of the golf course. The room was clean, comfortable and the friendliness of the staff was good. Apart from this place there is a restaurant that serves seafood.

This is a good place to get away from the city life. We came here for training. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. Its better to go golf and play on 18 holes, there are 54 holes in total. The conference room is big and spacious, and it is also fully equipped. The hotel has rooms.

My colleagues and I stayed in their villa for nearly 2 weeks while on work-related trips. Overall, I believe this location is in need of substantial renovations and is not well-maintained. The website's image appears to be adequate, but the actual condition is different. I summarized my experience in greater detail below drawbacks 1. The location is essentially dated and unmaintained. 2. Not well-kept. Hair and small critters, such as cockroaches, a filthy mattress we slept in. 3. lizards and cockroaches, a certain odor in water. 5. The water smells strong. 5. No laundry bags were provided. Our villa had no water for several days, so we had to switch between two villas for bathing in the morning. 7. The motor pump air conditioning was making an constant noise. Advantages 1. The internet speed in our villa was decent. 2. Friendly personnel. 3. They offer a laundry service for a very reasonable price. In general, I would not suggest this location to others. However, if the facilities and maintenance are improved, this location has a large potential.

I had a wonderful time at this resort on my third day of staying. It is a superbly maintained, cozy, and clean 5-bedroom villa that I leased. The views are incredible, and it is right next to the golf course. You could hear insects while a cold breeze blow in at night. The personnel is courteous and helpful. In terms of activities, it caters to all abilities and ages. We played tennis, table tennis, and a swim pool with slides for children. Try archery before leaving tomorrow. There are numerous other things available here, including a table pool, a gym, squash, horseback riding, a small field for football, and of course golf, so we wont have time for all of these this time. In terms of the resort's overall offerings, service, and value, I'll award it five stars. Keep up the outer golf resort.

They provide a good place to sleep because while sitting in the cafe you can see the golf course. The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. There are many seafood restaurants outside the resort.

A beautiful location to get away from city life. We were here for training. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Even better for a golf vacation. You can choose to play any 18 holes which is 54 holes in total. Large and spacious conference room and fully equipped. There are rooms at the hotel.
