Small glitch when the room key is not working and after 1 hour they swap me to another room, have requested for room to be cleaned on the 2nd day but nobody came. There are cases when fan is not working, digital tv channel is missing, remote air-cond is not provided. However I can accept this shortcoming as this place is still new, lots of work need to be done. The food for breakfast is moderate. Most of the menu is repeated on the second day. Other then this everything else is good. The staffs are friendly, the view is nice, the water fountain show is entertaining and the private pool is good!

Kami sangat senang dan senang dengan kami menginap di sini dengan kolam renang pribadi. Kami mengambil salah satu dari unit teras ganda. Kamar dan kamar mandi sangat bersih. Ingatlah bahwa ada dua pintu. Rupanya satu pintu dan dua tempat tidur. Bagian depan tempat tidur king dan belakang 2 tempat tidur single. AC ada dua, satu di depan dan satu di belakang. Toilet ada satu dan satu di bawah. Tidak ada shower di bawah. Tempat parkir sangat besar dan bisa parkir di depan rumah. Kolam renangnya hanya bagus untuk keluarga kecil sekitar 1.3 Meter di dalam. Itu dikelilingi oleh dinding yang tinggi dan menawarkan privasi. Cuma lampu di malam agak redup. Sarapan prasmanan dan enak dan banyak tempat disediakan. Hanya ada lalat di area makanan dan agak terganggu. Lokasinya berada di dekat dengan bandar dan jauh dari pantai. Jadi Anda bisa menghabiskan waktu di villa dan melakukan aktivitas di sana. Kegiatan harus dibayar dan Anda dapat memeriksa di kasir yang disediakan. Jika Anda ingin pusing-pusing gratis, minta naik buggy di salah satu resor.

The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The facilities were topnotch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the room size exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. The amenities provided were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered each morning. There were also shopping options nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and buy essentials.

We stayed at family villa last weekend. Overall good, we love the buffet breakfast. As for the family villa, there is no air ventilation for the downstairs toilet. Buggy service is very slow and always full (long weekend with public holidays despite we have called for service. 3 buggy passed by our villa area. We ended up driving to the breakfast restaurant. If we decide to come back, we may need to choose normal dates.

We will definitely stay at the villa again in the future. This is my second time staying at tasik villa with my family. The room we booked has a jacuzzi which my kids really enjoyed. The location is quite strategic. We had dinner at the nearest seafood restaurant which is about 10 minutes drive away.
