Saya menginap selama 2 hari dan menyenangkan, kamar bersih dan luas, tetapi kamar yang saya tempati nomor 112 tidak memiliki shower air panas yang saya butuhkan. Airnya bertekanan baik, saya melaporkannya kepada staf, mereka menyebutkan perlunya pemanas awal, saya sudah melakukannya, tetapi air dingin tetap keluar di pagi yang sangat dingin. Karena saya tidak ingin tekanan darah saya naik karena masalah ini, saya melaporkannya kepada resepsionis pada hari check-out, berharap tamu berikutnya akan mendapatkan apa yang tampaknya tidak saya dapatkan (pancuran air panas yang bagus). Hal lainnya, jika memungkinkan, 2- 3 sachet kopi atau teh akan sangat baik untuk menyegarkan diri di kamar. Terima kasih.

Hotel yang bagus di lokasi pusat, sempurna untuk menjelajahi Kuching dan objek wisata di sekitarnya. Kamarnya kecil tetapi tertata rapi dan fungsional, semuanya bersih dan terawat. Sarapan sangat buruk dan perlu ditingkatkan.

The rooms are clean and nice! The staff are very kind and helpful. Kudos to amy tson at the front desk who went the extra mile to help me organize a trip to see orang utans before heading to the airport on my last day. The location is convenient and close to the waterfront, restaurants and bars.

Saya berkesempatan untuk mendengarkan pertunjukan lokal pada Jumat malam dan saya sangat berterima kasih kepada manajemen Borneo Hotel karena telah mendukung pertunjukan lokal dan memberi mereka kesempatan. Overall, i had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. The hotel has recently been renovated, so everything looks fresh and modern. Breakfast is served starting at 7 am, which was convenient as i had a meeting the next day in a nearby building.

Excellent service. We were given four rooms when i arrived here with a group of 13 people. The room numbers were unclear, and my room has a locked door that connects to the room next door, reducing soundproofing. However, as midnight approaches, one of the residents in one of the rooms reported that the window cover had dropped off after closing the door, which was a significant risk. When it was reported, the receptionist apologized, and i would definitely suggest it if you ignore the flaws.

Hotel ini terletak tidak langsung di tepi pantai, tetapi hanya 10 menit berjalan kaki dari sungai. Hotel ini dirancang dengan sangat baik, baik di dalam maupun di luar. Kamar-kamarnya luas, makanannya enak dan pelayanannya sangat baik. Stafnya sangat ramah. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sepadan dengan harganya.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was also clean. It was also close to the waterfront area, about 7 minutes walking. And the staff were very friendly and warm.

I arrived at 10.30 am due to an early flight, and the hotel was able to check me in early. The cafe is also surprisingly good, dont skip the included breakfast! I dont understand why the single room didnt have a kettle, but otherwise great hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

Hotel ini baru saja direnovasi dan kamar-kamarnya terlihat cukup bagus. Staf sangat ramah dan ada lounge di lantai bawah dengan musik live. Lokasinya juga sangat bagus. Cukup berjalan kaki sebentar ke tepi laut.

Nice boutique hotel. It was recently renovated. Only the tv channels are boring. No astro. Only mitv which is very limited. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is centrally located within walking distance of many food outlets and to a very cool bar down the road called the junk.

Hotelnya cukup bagus dan dekat dengan lokasi awal lomba lari Kuching. Namun, saya mungkin bisa mengatakan bahwa hotel ini agak mahal. Mungkin karena acara larinya, tapi saya memesan hotel ini 3 bulan sebelum acara. Satu hal lagi yang harus dipertimbangkan adalah memasang tanda kiblat di kamar agar mudah diakses oleh wisatawan Muslim.

I first checked into this hotel two weeks ago. The room is very clean, not dusty. I give it 5 stars for cleanliness. And the best part is that the hotel uses android tv. Anyone with small children should stay here because the tv has tv with YouTube and netflix.
