The cost is reasonable. This is a budget hotel, but you will find all you need in the room. They are clean. The restaurant and ATM are nearby. The staff is pleasant. The hotel has parking spaces in front and back. There is WiFi available, but certain rooms may not receive a strong signal. The fact that there is no security guard is another issue. If guests or not, the hotel management should think about improving their security.

We had a pleasant stay. Upon seeing a friend's recommendation, we decided to book this hotel. Only a location to stay the night. The family room has one double bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom spotless with shampoo and soap provided. eleven is located on another block behind the hotel, and there are some restaurants nearby.

It was nice and enjoyable to stay there. Clean, comfy, and reasonably priced. The bedroom was pleasant, and inexpensive, and I would not forget to clean their room. There is no security guard, so if they didn't lock their entrance when we returned to the hotel, it was close to midnight, so anyone could just enter. It's like everybody can enter, if they decide to guess or not, and no one really cares. It's so risky for me. But don't compare it to other star hotels as most hotels are not cheap, even if no one guards the entrance, and if I'm not the hotel's guess, you must insert the room card to access the floor, so you cannot tap the level button in the elevator as you must insert a room card.

I frequently spent times in the hotel garden for paragliding excursions with pals. Despite not having much to offer, the hotel is clean and satisfactory. The staff is pleasant. The bathroom is moist with a shower just in the room, which is common in Malaysia. So be careful not to get wet in the bathroom. The beds are really comfy. I don't have a bottle of water available for the guest in the room, which would be really helpful because tab water is typically unusable in Malaysia. The hotel does not offer food, however, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast is right across the street from the hotel. The hotel's price is fairly high for what it offers, compared to other Malaysian hotels I've stayed in, and its cheaper than other comparable hotels I've stayed in.

This hotel is in the heart of Want and is reasonably priced. Although modest, our room was sufficient. It was spotless, it had what we called a wet bathroom. That is, there was no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so when you shower, everything in the bathroom gets wet. This arrangement is not unusual in Malaysia, according to our observations. We were informed that the hotel has a tiny elevator, which is unusual in the heart of Want. The small lobby was cozy. Although there is no food service at the hotel, there are several smaller eateries in the neighborhood.
