Property Rules:
1. This is a bear-foot-friendly home - Please place your shoes on the shoe rack provided at the entrance. You may use the slippers provided.
6. Strictly NO smoking or vaping- it will result in a full forfeit of the deposit or a penalty of RM800. It is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
5. Any intentional item damage will result in forfeiture of the deposit based on the cost incurred.
11. Please state the correct amount of guests that will be staying. Do take note that the upper floor (mezzanine) is only open for booking more than 3 pax. Extra guest applies as per advertised at RM30/pax for every guest above 2.
2. Keep the house in order before leaving / check out. You may leave the rubbish inside the unit (tie up if there are food remnants), would appreciate it if you could wash the dishes to allow more time for sensitization process before the next check-in.
8. Keep your noise level low after 10pm. Any nuisance caused to other residents may result in eviction.
7. Event / party are only allowed with the permission from host prior/ during booking. There will be extra charges ranging between RM150-250 on top of your accommodation fee depending on the amount of guests.
